Certificated to EN9100 standard since January 2010, DJP has a ISO 7 controlled atmosphere room for prepreg lay-up and a technical center for the braiding of slender preforms, with consolidation generally by low-pressure of epoxy resin injection (RTM). The technical center also produces parts from natural fibers and thermoplastic matrices.
In-autoclave and out-of-autoclave curing is undertaken on site.
Our processing methods allow production to be ramped up with complete repeatability ... even after several years of series production.
Complete control of the production process, from creation of the first model to testing of the finished part gives DJP the flexibility it needs to produce special equipment and components within deadlines, whilst guaranteeing the functionality of that equipment.
